Bro. Tillman visited with the brothers of Theta Mu Lambda on December 16, 2006. Bro. Tillman shared his vision with the brothers of Theta Mu Lambda at their chapter meeting. We thank Bro. As a special bonus after the Nebraska District Conference, brothers had an opportunity to tour Memorial Stadium which is home to the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers Football team. We thank Bro. Titus Brothers (Beta Beta) who plays cornerback on the team.

The District of Nebraska Endorses Bro. Tillman

On December 9, 2006, Bro. Tillman received an endorsement from the District of Nebraska at their District Conference. Bro. Keith Harris, District Director, informed Bro. Tillman with an official congratulations. We thank the brothers of Nebraska for making an "investment" in Bro. Tillman.

On December 9, 2006, Bro. Tillman attended the Nebraska District Conference in Lincoln, NE on the campus of University of Nebraska. (second picture) Bro. Tillman had an opportunity to present his vision to the brothers of Beta Beta, University of Nebraska, and Beta Xi Lambda.

Gamma Lambda Chapter (Detroit, MI) Celebrates Alpha's Centennial

Bro. Tillman's home chapter, Gamma Lambda (Detroit, MI), capped off a "spirit-filled" week celebrating Alpha's centinnenal. The celebration began on December 1, 2006 with Gold Rush II at the Museum of African-American History, December 4th with a Centennial Observance at Hartford Memorial Baptist Church, and on December 8th, the Grand Centennial Ball. The celebration attracted over 1,000 guests combined.

Chicagoland Celebrates Alpha's Centennial (Part II)

Images thoughout the evening where brothers, ladies, and guests had a GREAT time. We also had special presentations by the Jewels themselves. It was an incredible evening to celebrate Alpha!!!

Chicagoland Celebrates Alpha's Centennial (Part I)

Bro. Tillman attended the Chicagoland Association of College and Alumni Chapters (CACAC) Centennital Celebration of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc on December 2, 2006. The celebration was held at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place.

Bro. Waldo Johnson and Bro. Theodore Whittier were the chairmen of the event in which there were over 550 brothers and guests in attendance. The evening ended with the brothers signing the hymn and an 8 foot celebratory cake.
